1995 - Dec:	Innovative Group acquires tube manufacturing facility at Halol, Gujarat in India and forays into the Tyres & Tubes industry
1996 - Feb:	Commercial production for tubes is started
1996 - Feb:	Innovative starts supply of quality tubes to Ceat Ltd.
1997:	Innovative's facility is approved for supply for automotive tubes to OEMs
2003 - March:	Innovative Group creates 2nd plant at Halol, Gujarat for manufacturing of 2-wheeler tyres
2005:	Innovative Tyres enters in larger tyre segments including LCV, 3-wheeler tyres
2006:	Innovative Tyres commences export of tires under its brands - "Vayu" and "Stud"
2007:	Innovative Tyres successfully develops the 10.00 X 20 truck tire
2007:	Innovative adds agricultural sizes to its product range: Innovative is one of the few tyre facilities in India to offer the entire range in Nylon tyres (except Passenger Car sizes) from a single location.
2011:	Group introduces the "Innovative" Brand of tyres.
