Innovative Tyres & Tubes was incorporated
on 28-11-1995 for manufacturing Butyl Rubber Tubes
for Automotive Vehicles. In a short span of time,
Innovative established itself as a major source of
supplier of butyl inner tubes to CEAT Ltd ,one of
the major Tire giants because of its high quality
standards.
This success story motivated promoters to diversify
in the field of manufacturing Automotive Tires. Innovative
Tyre plant was set up in the year 2002. The company
is having a modern plant with manufacturing facilities
that include local as well as imported equipments
to produce tires ranging from the small two wheeler
tire to a large truck tire. The company has a well
equipped laboratory to test all the incoming raw materials.
The company also has facilities to test finished products
and it includes tire balancing, run out test, Endurance
/ high speed test and breaking Energy test. All these
activities are carried out by an experienced and qualified
technical, manufacturing and R&D team which is
capable of designing, developing and producing any
type of new sizes.
The Company embarked on a major expansion in Year
2007 in partnership with Tionale Enterprises Pte.
Limited, Singapore (www.tionale.com.sg). Tionale is
a multi location global organization with investments
in Manufacturing, Trading & Distribution.
The Company exports its own brand of “VAYU”
tyres to customers in Asia, Africa & Americas
through Tionale’s global network and also is
a significant out sourcing unit for CEAT Ltd, a major
tire company in India.
